Hypnosis and ERT, What Is It, and What Does It Do?

When a client choses Foundations Hypnosis and ERT, they are chosen a fast track to a life of emotional freedom.

ERT or Emotional Release Therapy uses the same process that has been around for 1000(s) of years. This process goes under many names, EMDR, EFT, just to name a few, and each of these techniques attempts to rid the body of the effects of the emotions created by the original trauma.

With current research, and new understandings, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, and Mental Health Counselors, are in agreement, that mental health issues, including addiction issues stem from trauma. The source of the trauma can vary from childhood events, or events during your adult life, but either way, such trauma can and does cause the body to experience bouts of fear, anxiety, stress, and  a feeling of separation.

For many years western culture has advocated material realism, which promotes the idea that we live in a world of separation, we are separate from each other, and our minds and body are separate. The most recent research now promotes the idea that we are all connected, everyone and everything is connected by the fact that we are all made of vibrating energy. In essence this means that our mind and our body are connected, inseparable. What we experience in our minds, our hearts, our emotions, greatly affect our physical body.

By using the power of that connection, we can overcome the combination of mental and physical stress and separation, that triggers our fears, and anxieties, that trigger what we consider mental health issues and addiction issues.

Foundation Hypnosis and ERT is one of the fastest and most effective ways of eliminating the effects of separation, and putting us back in control As I tell my clients, “you are not your thoughts, you are not your emotions, but until you take control, you will continue to experience consequences of these two aspects of yourself”.
