What do you think would make your life better?  Do think if you had more money, or a better job, or better relationship, or more possessions, or a million other things that you are constantly told would make you happy, do you think that this would make things better?

How many of you reading this have heard about or read about some movie star who has fame and fortune, and all of the things that are suppose to make a person happy, and yet they are suffering, unhappy, addicted to drugs or alcohol, or constantly battling weight issues. How can this be? Why didn’t the fame and fortune bring them the happiness that they were promised?

The answer lies in our subconscious program. We have been raised to believe that we are our thoughts; we are our images, and our memories. This is not true at all. All of the thoughts and images we have in our minds, are simply the things that we have been given throughout our lives by our parents, our teachers, our churches, our government, our media, etc., etc.,  etc.  These thoughts and images are our made up agreements about our life. We have developed an inner judge who constantly deems us as unworthy, and we have developed an inner victim who carries out the judgment that our inner judge has handed to us.  Think about that, what kind of self talk to do you engage in? If you had a friend who talked to you the way that you talk to yourself, how long would you remain friends with that person?  

With these beliefs and ideas, we constantly stress out over guilt, worry, and anxiety,  that we are not good enough, that we are never going to have what we need to be happy.  We block ourselves from looking inside, and discovering the true power and wealth that exist there.

I have clients who have come to me because of old images of failures and abuses that keep them stuck in the same patterns over and over again.

Within a few short sessions they learn to detach from these emotional stresses and anxieties. They let go of old useless ideas and agreements that have kept them from moving ahead in life. They literally let go of the inner judge, and the inner victim, (stress and anxiety), and they learn how to appreciate the things that they have in their lives, actually feeling more peaceful, and more worthy. When they start to develop those feelings, they begin to attract the things into their lives that make them happy, and complete. Things like self worth, control or elimination of anxiety, anger, obsessive compulsive behaviors, and participation in the career of their choice. Their entire world begins to change and they actually begin to experience the life they want instead of the life they dread.

Why not give yourself the opportunity to move ahead, move past the guilt, the anxiety, and worry of the past. Let go of the stress, and embrace your inner power and strength.  As one successful client reported at the end of his treatment:
