Along with these changed behaviors around eating, you will also discover a new desire to exercise more, and a way of looking at what you eat, all without any conscious effort.

You receive this booklet at your first visit, and you will also receive a CD for weight loss,  for your own daily use, making sure that are kept on track during those critical first six sessions.
