We have been lead to believe that every thought and image that we have accepted and been programmed with are absolutely true, and if we don’t act upon them, we could suffer danger, on both the physical and emotional levels.
The truth is that We are NOT our Thoughts, We are NOT our Emotions. We respond to these thoughts and emotions without any conscious awareness, but true freedom occurs when We learn and are taught how WE have the ability to pick and choose which of those thoughts and emotions we are going to respond to.
