When we use hypnosis and mindfulness as a way of reclaiming power over our thoughts and emotions, and we slow down and become aware, we lessen the speed of our brain wave patterns and activate the Para – Sympathetic Nervous System, which regulates our relaxation, calmness, and positive responses via releasing Neurochemicals, such as dopamine, norenepherine, serotonin, to enable us to eliminate or reduce tension, stress, anxiety, and depression.
The stress of our current world situation is causing massive amounts of depression and anxiety among people, but does not have to be the case. When you allow yourself to start practicing relaxation exercises, deep breathing exercises, and self – hypnosis, you will find that you can reclaim your emotions, you can find peace and serenity in your “new: daily life.
